With unobstructed million-dollar views of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Harbour is one of the few gated properties on the island and is a beach-to-bay property. Watch the wildlife in the bay just out your back door or go across the street to your privately deeded beach on the Gulf. The island of Longboat Key is mostly private. Lovely Anna Maria Island, about 6 miles to the north, has many public beaches, shops, and restaurants. Five miles to the south is St. Armands Circle and Lido Key, with many beaches, shops and restaurants.
